However, based on the last 2-3 dining experiences, I wonder if Hau Hin is losing it's mojo? Last night's dinner was very disappointing. Previously, any dish ordered could be counted on to be tantalizing and flavorful, with an intricate balance/blend of sour, sweet, bitter, spicy, etc. - in other words, that special 'Thai' touch. But now, the food seems to be trending towards bland and uninspiring. Likewise, the waitstaff are like zombies, sluggishly going through the motions and appear as bored and uninspired as the chefs back in the kitchen. I know good things don't last forever, but too bad.
