I am going on my 3rd year at this storage facility. However. I am now on the waiting list at…read moreanother storage facility because every year they keep jacking the rent up. The first year I was paying a $121.00 a month. The second year they jacked the rent up to a $129.00 a month. Now that Contain Your Stuff has taken over this storage facility, the first thing they did when they took over was jack my rent up to a $144.00 a month and I'm sure they'll be gouging us again next year with another rent increase. They blame it on inflation but its actually greed. Also. Most storage facilities include insurance in the rent. Not this place. Insurance costs you extra and you can't refuse it. They make it mandatory that you have to purchase their insurance. I still have all 3 emails from each year where they are notifying me of my rent increases if anybody reading this requires proof of what I'm saying.

If I could I would have them do all my clothes because I can't get them as clean as they do. I also have specific requirements with urine in cat and dog beds due to geriatric incontinence and these beds came back as new with no odours. I also used to have my horse blankets professionally cleaned and when moved to the Okanagan asked this laundromat if I could do them there. To my amazement they said yes. Not expecting great results because prior I had used a professional company that specialized in cleaning horse blankets only and I was honestly shocked when the results were "better" than the professional cleaners. These are not one of experiences; I have been going there a year now and it is consistently exceptional in every aspect of service and I have a high standard. I used to dread using a laundromat but not anymore. It is a safe, welcoming, clean, exceptional business. If you a tourist passing through or a resident here trust me you will be happy you went there. Best bet I have ever made! Truly grateful to this family run business!
