We never received another payment after 4 months. I contacted our attorney and asked what we could do next and was told that we could file another motion. About a month later we got a notice from the Whitley county court telling us our attorney quit without any notice. I tried emailing them and nothing. No reason why they quit. They told the court that after mediation that it was my attorney that he was making his payments to us. We received one payment in 6 months
