So I decided to check out this place. As I walk in they guy is sitting at the counter and tells me what's up? What's up?... Really? No how you doing or is there anything I could help you with, he just talks to me like I'm in high school or something. Then I asked him if he had any soccer jerseys in stock? He said no, that he does not carry the sport but then went on to push other sales on me of what he thought I might like or be interested in... Then once he find out I was not interested in buying anything else he just gave me the cold shoulder, like get the hell out of here unless your gonna buy type attitude... Very very rude... I will never go back to a place like this..

In short l, purchased a jersey but found it for 50 bucks less online and with free shipping. So I decided to return it SAME DAY. Was denied a refund. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice... not happening. This is enough to never return to this small shop again. Way too many options out there.

I've gotten my scrubs at this place a few times. They carry heartsoul break scrubs and i think they're the cutest. My husband loves their hat selection and of course the pro club shirts. They have two or three dressing rooms. The aisles in the store are a bit snug and they have their boxes of merchandise around the store so sometimes tou have to squeeze through to get around. They are a bit strict when it comes to trying on clothes because of people getting the clothes dirty which makes sense.

However these guys are overcharging of merchandice I can get for $10.00 to $20.00 less some where else. I know hagling is a lost art but when you find a price of a jersey some where cheaper where are you going to go? The cheaper price. To fix this place competitive shopping is a must. $30.00 for a hat that I can get for $20.00 at Lids. They would have to keep up with the compition or they will be auctioning their goods here soon because they can't afford the rent in the mall. Next get rid of some of the stuff and put some in a storage. There is no room to move around. Last start selling on line. Your not making a profit that is obvious on how much stuff is on the floor. I hate the say it but stores like yours end up failing and fall off the map because they refuse to change and want to be stuborn. I won't spend a dime in this place tell the above happens.

They also didn't have the size she was requesting. So my wife trusted their "expertise" and paid $150 for the jersey. After I tried it on it was way too big so we returned to the store and asked for a refund explaining that the jersey was too big and that the employees who sold it to her assured her it would fit. The two guys working barely looked at us, never came out from behind the counter and pointed to areas in the store when we asked if there was something similar to the items we were returning. They seemed more interested in playing on their cellphones than assisting us. After looking around and finding nothing, my wife politely asked them for a refund again. The employees told us that they could offer us store credit but that they were not authorized to give us a refund. So we looked around some more but didn't see anything that fit. I found the merchandise here to be way overpriced. They have huge sizes (3X-5X) on all kinds of stuff but it seems like they have one item in every style. It is very disorganized and reminded me of a Ross of sports apparel but waaay overpriced. Do your self a favor and avoid this place. We are now stuck with a jersey that doesn't fit and will have to probably sell on OfferUp to get our money back. I'll update this review if we have luck dealing with the store owner.
