Then I received a phone call from a new, nasty-sounding woman who said you can have it done if you pay $120.00 for an eye exam first. Well, that's ridiculous when I have just had surgery. I have to wait for the eye to heal. All I wanted was a pressure test that takes a small amount of time, and I'm happy to pay to be sure there was no problem with my operation. I won't return there because of her rude behaviour and greediness. I feel sorry for the lovely people who work there. Victoria

The coating starts peeling off and they tell you it's a manufacturer defect but again they only give you a year warranty. I've had glasses my whole life I've never seen coating peel like this. Worst glasses I've ever had in my life and some of the worst eye care employees I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with.
