    I've been a customer of BOK for over 25 years. The customer service is almost always horrible in…read morethe drive-thru. I applied, online, for an home equity loan on Oct 3, 2021, but forgot to add some financial documentation. So, I reached out to Malinda, who was assisting me, and she informed me that someone would contact me if I was approved, as if I was bothering her. The status stated that they were waiting on me to upload documents since Oct 3. On October 7, I called and spoke with Denise. She informed me that either my DTI was too high or that they couldn't verify if some of my income was permanent and asked me if it was. I advised her that it was permanent. She stated that I would receive a letter in the mail stating what she just told me. I hung up and applied online with Rocket Mortgage and received a conditional approval within 1 week, and received an appraisal and approval within 3 weeks. There were no DTI or income issues. Had Malinda or someone called and inquired they would've found this out, and that I had another property valued at 269k. And, they lost that loan to Rocket Mortgage. Today, I went through the drive-thru on Midwest Blvd, to close 1 of my bank accounts, and had the unpleasure of having Lisa assist me, again. She gives me racist Karen vibes "everytime" I've experienced her. I sent my ID in and waited a while in line with my window cracked and freezing, while it appeared that she wasn't assisting anyone. She asked what I needed. I gave her the account number and advised her that I was there to close the account. She sent the tube back with a check and didn't say 1 word. I pressed the button and asked what I was supposed to do, she just sent it and didn't say anything. She stated that's because my window was cracked. (Again, it had been cracked because it is cold outside) She asked if I wanted to cash it or take it. Seems like she would've asked this before sending the check out and not saying anything. I told her I wanted to cash it. She sent the tube back and didn't say thank you, have a nice day or anything. I pressed the button and she wouldn't answer, as she has done before. A man answered. I asked her name and he advised me that it was Lisa. I've had this same rude teller before. She is so hateful and rude. I wouldn't dare have my money around thugs like this!
