If you're in the market for a Rolex, look elsewhere. This dealer will sell you a Rolex and withhold…read morethe warranty and warranty card for 12 months. Rolex watches come with a 5 year international warranty but you need that warranty card for any warranty claims. So if you buy a brand new Rolex and it requires service within the first 12 months, you have no proof of such a warranty and Rolex will deny it. This awful place claims its to protect the consumer against "flippers" but there's no evidence this practice does that at all. IN fact, it encourages grey market dealers to buy their watches since grey market watches don't come with a warranty. If you are reading this in disbelief, please see the attached email I received from one of their employees. This same gentleman claims that Rolex is aware of this practice and supports it

It can seem quite intimidating because there are locks and security guards but once you are in the staff are lovely and very helpful. If you are not brave enough to go in the windows are worth a loook whilst you dream of winning the lottery. There are all major luxury brands of watch along with many unique bespoke and antique jewelry items. We consilted on of the staff on a piece we had bought in Asia and they were very helpful. However, they will not give free valuation for proivate or insurance purposes

The workshop is located in a unit on farmland just to the west of MK but easy to find. It has a well equipped workshop and usually a few "work in progress" bikes around, along with a couple of customers chatting and drinking coffee - the sort of relaxed and informal "old school" sorta place that gives you confidence that these guys have been doing it for a while and know what they're doing. Would have gone back this year to MOT my newly built chop but the boss and MOT examiner, Pete, was on holiday so I had to find an alternative (never a bad thing...)!

The second hand games are often worth a look at though as you may be able to pick something up that is as good as new for much less than a new game. "Legs" came the previous day and packed all our glass etc and arranged our furniture so that it was easy to put on the lorry the next day. He was so quick and methodical, and when we opened the boxes months later, nothing was broken. "Legs" managed the team when bringing the furniture back and it was all done seamlessly. The team worked well together and were polite and hard working. Contacting Paula in the office was easy by email, and she was always available especially at the difficult stage of exchange when dates for completion can be changed. Would definitely use them again.

Awful experience from start to finish. They came out in July to look at our camper fridge, which…read morehad stopped working. They removed a part to see whether it could be refurbished if they were unable to source a replacement, and left the fridge with wires exposed. It is now the end of September and we have heard virtually nothing since. No updates, no follow-up, and our calls, messages and voicemails have repeatedly been ignored. We have children and use our camper regularly for weekend sports, yet we have now been without a working fridge for months, through some of the hottest weather we've had in years. This has caused a huge amount of unnecessary inconvenience. After eventually saying we would have no choice but to share our experience on social media, we were told the part would be sent back to us. Still, nothing has arrived and communication has stopped again. Nearly three months later, we are left with a fridge that still doesn't work, an essential part that hasn't been returned, and a company that simply doesn't respond. Absolutely appalling service. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this company at all. Don't touch them with a barge pole.
