I waited in a very long line in a very hot lobby with no air conditioning or ventilation for a while because about half of the ATMs in the lobby were not working. When I finally got my chance to use the ATM, I couldn't, because their ATM's do not have the "Visa" logo and only accept debit cards from their own bank. I was surprised that this would be the case in such a large bank. Out of curiosity, I checked the other ATMs and none of them had the Visa logo. Thanks for wasting my time Santander!

This particular branch was right across the street from my hotel, so I used almost every day I was here. Their ATM machines can display in Spanish or English and their fees are low. You can withdraw funds from your US bank with no problems. The ATM area is air conditioned too, so that's nice. It's also very safe here too.

Y después de llamar miles de veces el banco no te puede cerrar la cuenta porque siempre hay un saldo, que tu nunca hiciste. Y de pilon te cobran anualmente y se meten a tu cuenta a sacar el cobro sin autorización!? Rateros! I've trying to close my credit card since October 2022 as soon as as found charges that I wasn't making.I called many times went to the bank and they refused to close the account "because I had a balance!!" For charges that I didn't make!! On top of everything, they wanted me to pay a annual fee and they are assessing interest! Can't close the account because you owe a balance!?
