My sister and I got a deep tissue massage and it cost us 95 euros each for 1 hour. It's a very nice place, and the ladies are polite and soft spoken.
The downsides were:
- They asked us if they should focus on any spots and we told them which body parts but when it came to the massage itself they didn't do that. My sister told them to focus on her right shoulder and they didn't. I told them to focus on my feet and to not touch or do anything to my face (because we had more shopping to do for the day) and yet she ended up rubbing my face and placed a hot wet towel on my face which messed up my makeup.
- they didn't turn on the light in the room as we were taking off our clothes, we couldn't see anything. I even asked if they could turn on the light and they didn't say anything. So it would really help if you spoke French. The only one who seemed to speak English was the older lady who ran the place.
- they didn't wipe off the hot oil from our body, which they should have. It felt so gross to put our clothes back on as they didn't even offer us any towels at the end to wipe ourselves down.
The end of the massage was the best where they sit you up and use their elbows and hands to massage your shoulders/upper back. Almost painful, but really good.
After coming back downstairs they had fruit and water waiting for us, which was a nice touch.
Would I come back? I'm not so sure. If I do, I'd make sure the owner knows everything I want so that they can relay it to the girls. read more
