Going here was definitely a good decision. I arrived in Paris with severe low back pain, and needed relief. I read up on my options, and decided to go big. I chose the 3 hour Plenitude. They were able to get me an 11 am appointment on a Saturday. The spa was very peaceful, and the ladies were sweet, and very welcoming. They started me with the foot massage. I enjoyed it, and it felt good, but i would probably skip this part next time. I then went with a lady names"yo" for the rest of the experience. She was phenomenal. She wanted to make sure I left feeling better, and was very serious about making me have a good experience. She started with the traditional Thai massage. Be prepared-this is a very intense experience. The therapist uses every ounce of strength in their core, feet, and hands to work out knots and more. She will walk on your back, use her feet to push out knots, use her elbows for other knots. The last hour was a deep tissue massage with oil. She said that most Americans like deep tissue. I wanted to find out what the preference is amongst other nationalities, but was too relaxed to ask. If I have time, I'm going back for another deep tissue massage! The other reviews were accurate in that you cannot be modest. If you are in Paris, I highly recommend that you make this part of your trip! You will love it, and you will be ready to hit the streets to tour around. (But make sure you have time to go back to your hotel and shower after due to the oil!) read more

It's a quaint little gem we found on yelp. As you walk in it felt like we were somewhere else. Very magical. We got the relaxing oil massage. It was a step up from a Swedish massage. I have to say it was one of the best massages I have ever had. Everyone was so friendly and professional.
