She'd already paid for her ticket when she bought cigarettes and they refused to give her money back OR correct the ticket. The guy didn't seem to care, the woman there called the manager and the manager said my grandma had to take the ticket. She's gotten this ticket multiple times, she's said it multiple times and the guy just didn't know what he was doing so she was screwed out of her money/proper ticket. It wasn't a huge deal but super irritating.

I recently purchased an energy capsule that I have always gotten from there. It was melted, it fell apart taking it out of the package. I brought it right back in and she had me open another one before I got another one, we went through a couple packages. The manager and I have always talked, I'm a book keeper for a similar shop in Cincinnati. She knows I would never lie or rip them off, I HAVE SPENT A TON OF MONEY THERE! The next time I got in a open a package of these capsules and hey they were all melted but I just said whatever and grabbed on and gave the melted open ones to the cashier. Next time I go in a I ask the cashier, new manager, whomever TF he is... told me no and he f I open another one in the store I have to purchase it and that it was my fault they were melted. Lol I said ok. Grabbed the cheapest thing, and left. I will never go back in because that is how they treat loyal customers that have spent thousands in there! And it is not worth the negativity ever going back in. I'd rather drive spend more money somewhere else with a more respectful employee. The shell gas station in Washington courthouse next to the Kroger, the guy will order whatever you want including those capsules I got from here and guarantee a way cheaper price! Do not shop places where they treat you like crap and try and rip you off.
