This place nearly makes me want to move back to Brisvegas. The family live near by and tried it the night before, so good they were happy to try again. We got a bit excited and order quite a lot. Tikka Kabab & Chicken Kababs (marinated meat) rice and salad, really nice food. The Mantu ( beef dumplings) were so good. Tried the Perikee, bread with potato or mice and they were brilliant. Kofta Pallow currie was maybe the best of all. This place is worth a try and even worth a drive if you like this style of food.

The service was a dodgy but in a nice way. The food came out quickly and was fantastic. The beef dumplings were made of the thinnest delicate pastry, the egg plant was sublime and that naan bread was incredible! We will definitely eat there again - so many things yet to try on their menu.

Beef curry, eggplant dish with yogurt sauce and the largest naan anywhere!!!

The kebab meats are out of this world. The lamb, especially is to die for. The staff are also very friendly, and helpful.

Amazing. This local Afghan restaurant never fails to impress. Always packed, BYO, bottle store next door. I highly recommend.

I have always been charmed with the owners here. Always…read moreready with a smile and with their cute kids running around the shop, this is a very enjoyable place to eat. This sweet little store offers a very comprehensive malay menu (77 items!) and some of the best value meals I have encountered in west end. I usually get the crisp and fresh vegetarian spring rolls, and the yummy chef's special of kaffir lime fried chicken. But be sure to also stick around for dessert! (sticky black rice pudding with coconut milk = amazing) And with under $15 a meal what's not to love about Little Malaysia?

My partner and I had been recommended Little Malaysia by a friend months ago when looking for a…read moregood laksa, but unfortunately had only been around West End on Tuesdays - when they're closed. Until now. Was on a nice drive when BAM - hunger struck. What better time than now to try? Got a park close (free on weekends - score) and decided against the specials board. We couldn't resist the temptation of our old friends Singapore noodles and char kuey teow. The place had a few people around, but was easy to grab a seat and sip on our iced teas. Oh, they also have bubble tea too. My partner's Singapore noodles came out within 5 minutes and my char kuey teow wasn't long after. Oh yeah, that hit the spot. Nice smokey flavour, enough spice to taste it but not to be overwhelming, good ratio of noodle to bean sprouts. Just how I like it. The seafood is what usually makes or breaks it for me, and this was not broken. Tasty and well cooked for the meal. My partner says that the Singapore noodles tasted good but weren't the best. I like mine with a lot of lemon and none was provided but that's just my thoughts. So, small, cheap, tasty, fast, friendly service. I'd come back, but wouldn't go out of my way to come here.
