It's just an efficient system for making subs and transferring them into my mouth. I said hi to the lady at the counter, and our brief conversation led me to believe that she was also hungover. Sensing this kindred spirit, I asked, "If you were me, what would you order?" "Hot steak sub," came the immediate answer. I believed her, and appreciated that she didn't react with disgust at the thought of being me. So I got a hot steak sub. The largest size they had, with mushrooms and peppers and onions and provolone. It came out, and it was massive. And delicious. Tender steak, plenty of flavor, everything I needed in that moment. I only ate about 3/4 of it, because I knew I'd regret eating the whole thing. Not because of what it would do to my insides, but because my wife loves a steak sub, and I wanted to bring her some. So I did, and she loved it too.

They have many options for Sub and you can build your own. Their price is ok, not the cheap side. I enjoy their Sub so far. We came here on a packed Saturday night when RIT's Nova group was hosting a fundraiser, so we got discounted AYCE and we knew a portion of proceeds were going to their organization. The wait was about 50 minutes at peak dinner time, so that was fair. I was very impressed with how clean and efficient everything was, including the cart at the end of the table for used dishes. Our food came out fairly quickly as we ordered on the tablet, and it was the kind of quality you always hope to get at a sushi joint: nice sized portions, very fresh tasting, lovely presentation. I appreciated that you could also help yourself to the rotating belt options for no extra charge. The only things we paid extra for were fountain drinks, and even those included refills (or so we were told - we only had one). The staff was professional, friendly and helpful. I hope whatever issues people experienced here in the past have been resolved because it sure felt like a top tier experience at an affordable price to me! Regardless, I went on a Saturday later in the day and it looked kind of dead, but most of the baked goods were gone so I assume it was busier during the day. Almond cream bread: very moist and buttery! The qualm I have with other Korean based bakeries is that they seem to skimp on the butter, even in Viennoiserie-type breads. This one had amazing flavor and held up well in the fridge for three days, no need to reheat or anything! Egg tart: super crisp and flaky tart, with smooth custard filling. If I had a potluck coming up, this would be what I would bring because I'm sure it'd be a hit. I saw a note on the wall somewhere that egg tarts are available for preorder too! I do wish there was more variety, but I guess as long as they make their current pastries well I can't complain.
