They buffed it but the color was awful and it looked more plasticy than leathery. They didn't fix the stitching they agreed to. AND they didn't bother to fix the stitching. I went back to ask for my money back, and the woman there said she had to talk to the owner, who would not be around for a while. So I paid almost $40 US to get my shoes destroyed.

The mattress was not as hard as expected.The pillows on one bed still had loose hairs from possible previous guests (not clean) and one of the beds had torn sheet.Expect some electricity intertuptions; as much of Central Mexico, yet it will come back on. The "continental breakfast" is quite scarce--more like an appetizer. Best to go explore other reasonable balance if price with options for a hearty beginning to the day.
