Their takeaway pizza has been a goto for myself over the last few years...like who could say no to pizza, but tonights dine in experience has completely won me. The service is no less then perfect, everyone we encountered had such great attitudes we were greeted, thanked and even waved goodbye by at least four staff members, the waitress we had was so polite and bubbly which just lights up the atmosphere. The food was delicious I ordered the Scaloppine Amore which i would certainly recommend to any veal eaters, perfectly cooked and portion size was certainly enough. My lovely lady had a All Meat Piza which as per ussual was great, Romanas certainly excels with their pizza. All in all a great experience and will 100% be back.

We even tipped the young lady. There were six meals ordered all up one for each of us. I'll start with mine cause obviously I ate that one lol. However I did try all of them. I ordered the chilli bug which lived up to its name sake for the chilli however the bug was cut up very small so could almost have been omitted however the taste of the sauce and pasta was amazing. I'll say this as well all the actual pasta was very nicely cooked and still had a bit of bite. * Manos signature dish was lovely and with plenty of prawns. *Gnocchi Quattro fromaggio lacked a bit of freshness ; it needed something to balance the richness of the cheese. However the gnocchi was very fluffy and soft. *Spaghetti bolognese was a bit lack lustre , it was ordered by a younger member of the party so they were pleased. *Gnocchi Napoli was very tasty ; the sauce was flavoursome. Again the gnocchi was delicious. *Creamy king prawns were nicely cooked and again a good serving of prawns. Would definitely go again. Every left there feeling very satisfied , the portions are a very generous serve.

We arrived, with a reservation, and were promptly seated in a great location that we could see everything. Host had a very warm welcoming which is always nice...the evening starts out on the right foot! The restaurant already had a nice hum to it at 6:15PM. The staff seemed to flawlessly glide throughout helping all. We ordered a starter of pizza bread that was served with EVOO and a touch of balsamic. We also ordered a side or roasted pepper dip to accompany the bread. We ordered the entree portion of Grilled Morton Bay Bugs with an addition half to make a meal. Also ordered a pasta dish "Italian Sausage Ragu served on Orecchiette Pasta with tomatoes, lemon and Parmesan", and a Greek Dalad side dish. The pizza bread arrived and it was so soft and warm. It was great dipped in the EVOO and the pepper dip. We both had to stop eating it so we could enjoy our main course. Within 10 minutes of us giving the go ahead sign to our server our food arrived. Oh, my....the Grilled Bugs were huge and beautiful in their own right. They were cooked just right. My only minor adjustment would they were served with drawn butter or at least very melted butter...it was neither. And they were so large I didn't need an additional half! The pasta dish was a very large serving but not overwhelming. I am not a big fan of pasta dishes but I tried it and it was great. There was not a bite left. Glad we had the Greek Salad as it went well with the richness of both the bugs and pasta. The mains were so good we didn't return to our pizza bread to finish it. Service was excellent. Food was excellent. Highly recommend and reservations are a must in the highly popular restaurant.
