Their prices are really good and you could decorate your whole nursery from this shop as they sell co-ordinated bedding and curtain ranges at a fraction of the cost it would have originally cost which is ideal if you are on a budget. They will also buy second hand equipment from you, they give you a price and take the item and then when it is sold they will contact you and let you have the payment. I think this is a good idea if you have stuff you want to get rid of but don't have the time to advertise it yourself or put it on Ebay. I think this shop should promote itself more though, i'd never heard of it until my baby was 18 months old and I think if i'd known of it when i was pregnant i would have bought a few things from here. This Mothercare has a range of clothes and accessories for babies and children up to about 8 years old, as well as a small selection of baby and toddler toys, and pushchairs and car seats. Their clothes have a reputation for being good quality, but the brand is not as popular as it used to be. Price wise, Mothercare struggles to compete with discounted shops and the web, but still must have some loyal shoppers who remember going there as children themselves.

It has a Clarks shoe shop within it and also has staff qualified to advise on and fit car seats.
