According to a previous salesmen here, these owners basically buy used cars on ONLINE auctions, do not inspect them, do not drive them, and then pawn the off to people like myself to deal with for a measly profit. The salesmen said almost every single car thdy would sell would be returned within days with issues. Then the dealership would take the repair costs out of their commission check. So this incentivized salespeople to ignore the complaints as much as they could. Once you bring the car in, they will tell you "oh you bought a used car, Alabama is a buyer beware state blah blah blah". They know exactly what they're doing. They have one of the most dishonest, fraudulent operations going that I've ever come across in the car industry (and that's saying a lot). The owner will probably leave some BS reply to this review telling me they honor customer satisfaction, but it's all for show. Stay away from these people at all costs, as they are some of the most immoral, uneducated clowns I've ever had to deal with.
