I cannot say enough wonderful things about Janet Blum, my marketplace insurance agent. She is…read moreabsolutely amazing. Before working with Janet, I had two other agents, and I only realized later how much I had been missing. Not only had I been overpaying for my insurance, but some of the best options available to me based on my income had never been explained or presented. From the moment I connected with Janet, everything changed for the better. She is consummately professional, incredibly knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to helping her clients understand their options and get the best possible coverage. She is also extremely easy to reach--a breath of fresh air after struggling to get responses from a previous agent. Janet always gets back to you promptly, communicates clearly, and truly goes above and beyond in every way. She also handles Medicare, and I highly recommend her for that as well. Her depth of expertise and the care she brings to her work make the entire process smooth, stress-free, and empowering. Janet is a rare gem in the insurance world. I'm so grateful I found her, and I recommend her wholeheartedly. You will be so glad to have her as your agent!
