Parking was easy and getting around was simple, which made the whole stay smooth. Location is convenient if you're in the Shreveport area. I was charged $50 for alleged "damaged" linen, but the stain shown to me was from red soda -- something that can be removed. The photo they provided did not show permanent damage, yet I was still charged. To make matters worse, the pool was shut off early while I was still in it, and chlorine got into my eyes, causing irritation and discomfort. That situation was handled very poorly and felt unsafe.
