The DJ kept the energy high and did a great job mixing music that appealed to everyone, no matter their taste. That evening, we enjoyed a wonderful dinner at Jack Binion's. Our server, Austine, was exceptional--attentive, friendly, and truly helped make the dining experience memorable. While Lady Luck wasn't exactly on our side this trip, we still managed to hit the jackpot when it came to customer service. Anya at the Promotions Desk went above and beyond, providing outstanding service with a smile and making us feel genuinely valued as guests. From relaxing poolside to great food and exceptional hospitality, Horseshoe Casino made for a memorable Father's Day celebration. We'll definitely be back--and maybe next time our luck at the slots will catch up to the level of service we received!

Give the cleaning a 5 out of 10. Restroom was a bit rough on the workmanship or repairs done. Wall paper peeling, caulking around the shower tube was not professionally done. Toilet has a small seat installed on it. Bed area - the door that connects to the other room had a liquid drip mark on it??? Not sure what it is. Small chairs had hardened stains on it on the seat and the arm rest. The bed looked clean. Didn't look under the sheets. I bring my own bedsheets and pillows. The mattress itself probably needs replacement. I can feel the coils. At this point stopped looking. For it being a Ceasars property with the history of Binion's, you'd think it would be maintained better. Even though its not Vegas with the Cesars brand alone should demand better quality in cleaning, and repairs. This has that Harrah's, Flamingo, Linq hotel feel to it. 1 to 3 star level hotel. I work and deal with furniture everyday so, when it comes to quality of workmanship, cleaning and the eye appeal of the furniture fabrics, surfaces, the finish (color of items) and functionality it instantly catches my eye. Overall I had a place to stay. I've stayed in worse places but also in better places. It was for one night only. If it was longer I would probably just driven the last 4 hrs to Dallas. My opinion.

Then we could hear them fighting and yelling at each other the next day. Only fresh coffee available was from a dispenser machine. Drip machine in the room offered only one (not two) coffee trays in a plastic cheap plastic tray that is inserted into the machine. No place to sit that isn't just a lobby chair at the entrance. Bugs in the bathtub and bathroom sink area. Toilet wouldn't flush (maintenance had to come with a plunger), carpet was "sticky" (no idea what substance was in the floor). It was gross and felt gross the entire time that we were there. If our scheduled event had not been in this hotel, we would have left immediately. Do not book your stay here. Shoutout to the maid service...even though this place was a dump, the maid service did their job well.

I then played Triple Double Dollar and even though I did see the machine had a jackpot on there I decided to do the "backup" spins and little did I know I hit my first jackpot there of $2400.00 They do take a long time to get to you that I had to get someone from the cashier cage to come get me. Then, I had to wait another 30 minutes for my handpay to appear. I ended up playing some really old Aristocrat games while I waited and they were a lot of fun as I got a bonus on one and the other a great line hit. I played triple stars with no luck, but double diamond deluxe which gave me $400 dollars. I got my energy drinks with my voucher as the coffee shop is the only one opened. Nothing over the top, but well maintained and easy to relax in after being out all day. The property itself felt lively but not overwhelming. Parking was easy and getting around was simple, which made the whole stay smooth. Location is convenient if you're in the Shreveport area. Staff was friendly and helpful the whole time, from check in to check out. Overall, it felt like a good value for what you get. I'd definitely stay here again.
