This place is completely unorganised and prices are outrageous. I called to place an order for a water slide and the lady told me I could have the slide from Saturday to Sunday for $240. Well apparently that $240 is only for 4 hours. My husband went in and the lady working couldn't even find our paper work. She told us that the lady I talked to was a new employee. oh well? Not our fault she wasn't trained correctly. The lady told us that we could have it for 24 hours. So I get a call the next day and the "new employee" told me that there was a miscommunication. Uh yea? She wanted to sit there and be rude to me saying she did not say until Sunday. Which she did. She told me we couldn't have it for 24 hours because someone booked it for Sunday. Uh oh well. You guys fucked up, fix it. Poor customer service! read more

Stopped in to get some (Amazon.com) balloons filled. Service was very friendly and helped me decide how many balloons to have filled. They provided a weight and bag to keep my filled balloons organized. I was informed they rent Cotton candy machines, bouncy houses rentals and costumes (from a different location down the road). Charge was reasonable. Would come back again. read more

We offer the best balloon decorating service, yard cards, , fun food rentals, characters , helium tank rentals, tents, tables, chairs, carnival games, cotton candy, popcorn machines, sno cone machines, mascots, costumes, and so much more!

History

Established in 1985.

Balloons-N-Parties started out as Balloons We Luv , offering Balloon Telegram Services. We progressed into offering costumed deliveries, and rental costumes. Then we started offering character and "Daisy the Clown" parties and changed our name to Balloons and Parties We Luv. Once we moved into our first building, we added party rental items, including inflatables. We have been at our current location since 2007, and when we outgrew the space, we opened a second store (currently located a half mile away), called Discount Costumes and Comics. I am thrilled when customers come in and tell me that I have served their children, and now doing parties for their grandchildren!

Meet the Business Owner: Marion V.

Having attended Warner Robins High School (graduating in 1983); I would have never guessed that I would be the owner of a successful business for so long. I am so very thankful for the Middle Georgia area for supporting me! I started working at a local balloon shop (A Balloon Fantasies) in my early 20's. Initially being the chicken who "dropped the golden egg"- and made my way to being either a French Maid, Playboy Bunny, or the Sexy Leopard and delivered balloon bouquets. Needless to say, I loved doing this and loved balloons in general, so I decided I wanted to open up my own balloon business. In 1995 I quit my 3 other jobs and decided to take a leap of faith and become a full time business owner. Being a single mother at that time made it a struggle, but I did persevere, and with God's help , and many loyal customers- I am pleased to say that I am so fortunate that I was able to follow my passion, and make people smile along the way :)

Windsor Academy hosted a high school homecoming dance on 9/28/19. Balloons and parties did a fabulous job working with PTR on our 2 balloon arches. They were on time and set up was quick and very knowledgable. It was gorgeous when complete!!They gave PTR a great deal and made our homecoming dance a huge success!!
