The man (I forgot his name) who came to set it all up was very nice as well. Some of the balloons at the bottom eventually popped but it was ridiculously hot when we had the party and considering how high the temperature was, most of the balloon garland stayed intact. The pricing is also not ridiculously high compared to others. Cons: Communication could have been a little better. The owner, Jessica, is sweet. We did, however, encounter communication mishaps such as delayed responses and some confusion and part of it was my mistake as I still haven't updated my Yelp account to my current legal name. We got that straightened out but communication still didn't improve much. I understand we're all busy (especially their weekends) but I wanted all the details and planning squared away ahead of the event to get it out of the way. It was anxiety-inducing for me. Overall, it was good working with them.

The pricing on Sacramento Balloon Co.'s website seemed really reasonable for renting a tank compared to the pricing of buying a highly rated helium tank online. I called Sacramento Balloon Co. to reserve a helium tank and the phone was answered really quickly. It was a quick call in which my questions were answered about sizing of the tanks and my tank was reserved for pick up the day before the party. On day of pick-up, I arrived on time and conveniently parked in the lot right in front of the business. I walked in and was greeted shortly thereafter by the same man who I believe I talked to on the phone. The store has various styles balloons for sale and a small selection of party items as well. My helium tank was ready for me by the register and I was quickly but thoroughly shown how to use the helium tank and recommended to lay it down on the car floor board while transporting it. We also talked about the types of balloons I was planning on filling up and learned a couple things about balloons during the process. I paid for the tank rental (including a refundable charge) and was on my way. The day of the party, the tank worked as expected and everything went smoothly! I dropped the tank off exactly one week after picking it up. At this time I was refunded the refundable charge for dropping it off. Overall, great service, convenient, friendly, knowledgeable, and great value! I'll definitely rent helium tanks from Sacramento Balloon Co. in the future and will use them for all of my balloon needs too.

He is talented and professional. He was a pleasure both on the booking and coordination side, as well as on the entertaining end as well. He arrived early and stayed late. Most importantly, he is really great with the kids, so it was not surprising to learn that he deals with kids all day at his usual 9-5. He did a great job organizing the kids by assigning them numbers, so they didnt have to wait in a line, especially since every piece he created took some time to do. On the talent side, he cares about his craft and definitely doesnt mail it in. For example, the simple balloon sword was a very study helix blade and he even made a balloon belt holder for the kids as well! He also had some pretty creative suggestions for kids that couldnt decide on what they wanted, like a jet pack. There was also a golden toilet idea, but sadly, it was rejected by the little partygoer. Looking forward to booking David again, and you should too. He's top notch.

Absolute Perfection -- Beyond Anything I Could've Imagined!…read moreI wish I could give 10 stars. I cannot say enough incredible things about this company and about Ashley. I've worked with several event and décor vendors before, and while many were great, none have ever come close to her level of creativity, professionalism, and excellence. Ashley is a true creative genius. She brought my vision for my engagement party to life and elevated it far beyond what I imagined. The décor was breathtaking! Every detail was thoughtful and flawless, and our guests were blown away. I've now used her multiple times in the past year, and every single experience has been above and beyond. I've recommended her to friends and family because I genuinely only trust their events in her hands . That's how exceptional her work is. She also accommodated my last-minute requests with her complete grace and enthusiasm, making the entire process seamless and stress-free. It truly felt like she cared about my event as much as I did. I will never use another décor service again. If you want someone who exceeds expectations, delivers stunning results, and treats your event with the highest level of care, book Ashley. She's simply the best.

I sent contact information via the website and ultimately had a conversation with Carolyn on 10/14/2024 for a 11/22/2024 event. She confirmed space, time and availability and confirmed the date. At no point did she mention any other needed communication, including a contract or deposit to pay. I thought this was odd, but she assured me all would be fine. It is now the day of and I spoke with her this morning to confirm everything. She said she would send me an invoice, told me what time I could be there and even asked if our artist would be willing to host these events regularly. An hour later I get professionally crafted email (which she has NEVER spoken to me in this way) telling that since I failed to get this event approved or send in a contract or pay beforehand AND because she is double-booked, my event is summarily CANCELLED. I have promoted this event, collected payment and to cancel with less than FIVE HOURS to go is not just unprofessional but is close to criminal. Carolyn refused to answer my calls, her staff hung up on me and all she did was send me an email stating she has to be "fair and consistent". Fair to whom?? Stay FAR AWAY from either of these businesses as they are NOT well run!
