My only complaint was that the room was stocked with any supplies so anytime you needed something you had to hunt down a staff member and ask them to grab stuff when they should have had those items already stocked in the room (i.e. utensils, napkins). Overall enjoyed our visit and would recommend to other families looking for a safe, newer place for kids to enjoy and burn off their energy.

My youngest often is a bit hesitant to go up high or down slides, but he was drawn to all levels of the area from the ground floor to the 3rd floor. He had an absolute blast and had no qualms going around all the older kids running around. With that said, I will say there were several times when older kids came in to the area dedicated for younger kids and were playing a bit too rough. They were constantly bumping & knocking over not just my son, but other kids in that area as well. I get that it was unintentional and they were having fun, but it would've been nice if that area was policed a bit by employees to make sure any kids in that area were either of age or respecting the younger kids. The food itself was fine. For the adults there were pizzas that were totally passable. A tad undercooked, but nothing inedible. All the kids and all the adults ate just about every piece of food out during out time. The private room we had for the party was great. It was set up basically just for food and a place for parents to congregate but that's totally fine. There was no need for any activities for the kids. The kids wanted to spend as little time there as possible. So, if you're looking for a great place to let your kids run around and blow of steam/energy, while also maybe giving you some time to relax as there is an (admittedly) small seating area for adults, then Cheeky Monkeys is a great option for you.

My first impression of the building and studio was that it was a bit outdated and the inside of the studio looked older and less clean compared to many of the other studios I've visited. My girlfriend and I arrived about ten minutes earlier in hopes to get settled in and find a picture to paint. I was a bit disappointed to find that the studio was closed when we arrived. The instructor arrived about 5 minutes late for the start of class so it felt rushed getting the paints and everything set up for class. The canvases that were given to us were thin so I won't be able to hang this up unless I get it framed. This class gives you the freedom to choose what you want to paint opposed to everyone working on the same painting and the instructor goes step-by-step to guide you through the painting. As I am not a very artistic person, I found it to be a bit daunting having to paint the entire painting myself without specific guidance and step-by-step instructions. The instructor was funny and kept us entertained throughout the class. My friend and I still had an enjoyable girls night out but I really wish the studio was cleaner and the canvases were thicker and of better quality.

Addressed it with the manager early on and she said it would be fixed. Was never fixed! The food was terrible and I almost damaged my teeth on a giant bone in the steak served. Addressed it with the manager again and all she could say was, "there do be bones in meat". Told her that if they had a more thorough process that all of this could have been avoided. On top of that another guest found a giant piece of plastic in their mashed potatoes. The managers response was that the potatoes come in a plastic bag and that's why it was found in the food. She took zero responsibility and also had no customer service skills. She could have apologized for the bone in my steak or the plastic bag cutting in the mashed potatoes but she made a choice to be combative rather than show any sort of remorse. @the Olana - the manager on duty during this event was the Latina with short bleach blonde fried hair w split ends. They personally met with us in our home multiple times, brainstormed on the best way to use our space, provided countless ideas, contacts, and a "mood board" and just all around helped turn our vision into a beautiful reality in our own home! The day of the party, they came in with enthusiasm, efficiency and creativity- setting up rented table/linens and successfully transforming our space into a Flower Wonderland with spectacular decorations!! They set up a beautiful "dirty soda bar" and drink station, and they also served as "Party Angels" throughout the entire party- whisking away dirty dishes and refilling the charcuterie trays and drink stations so we didn't have to worry about a thing! Once the party was over, they communicated with us about how and when we wanted them to tear down, allowing us extra time to enjoy our guests for a little longer than the "posted party hours". When they returned at the agreed-upon time, the house and outdoor areas were magically clean within an hour- It was remarkable! I cannot rave enough about this power team!! Matt was nice and the price was fair. Matt uses the same space as a wedding venue called Feragne Villa. Matt had good reviews on yelp and seemed legitimate. So...day of the wedding, 9am my wife goes to pick up the flowers and there is another wedding party, fully dressed in the middle of getting ready. My wife, who apologized for interrupting their special day, knocked on the door to one of the rooms and this lady named Rita screams at my wife, "CAN I HELP YOU?!!!" In a super crappy tone. When my wife explained she was there to pick up her bouquets, Rita said, "oh I'm sorry, I thought you were part of that stupid bridal party." My wife said that Rita was asleep in that room. Weird. On top of all this, when my wife received the flowers they were subpar at best. Some of the flowers were missing pedals, the daisys were wilted, and it was wrapped in ribbon that looked like scotch tape. After my wife showed me (and after she cried for a while) we brought the flowers to Kroger and they couldn't believe we paid for these bouquets. Thank God for Kroger! They took out the wilted ones, added greenery (as there was none) and wrapped them appropriately. We let Matt know of everything that happened via phone call and all he had to say was, "Well I'm not sure what happened between yesterday and today but they looked fine to me." We told Matt we were extremely disappointed, not only with the bouquets, but with the unprofessionalism from Rita. Matt did nothing. We decided to just let it be as we didn't want it to ruin our special day. Never heard back from Matt, Rita, or anyone from this business. We still had a wonderful day, no thanks to this business. The weird thing is...on top of all of this...when I went to write this review on Yelp, Matt must have deleted his old yelp account, because there were zero reviews. But the reason we found them was their good yelp reviews. Weird. Do not use this service. Trust us!!!
