Mark and Marlo were at the park 30 minutes before our event to set up. They were super nice to everyone, including our son, answering all his questions, and he got a specialty large birthday balloon (a Minecraft Creeper) that everyone loved. Having Mark and Marlo there took a lot of the effort off of my spouse and I so we could enjoy the party, chat with parents, play with kids, and the rest of our party duties. For two hours all the kids got balloons and glitter tattoos. We had multiple people tell us these were the best balloons (the unicorns were amazing, a huge hit, requested by 5 different kids) they've seen, and the glitter tattoos were really great quality! We got lots of compliments from parents! Hope to see them again at other kids' parties in the future!

Communication was nonstop from the moment I placed the order. When I made them aware of cameras I had in place, they assured me that they would work around them to keep then sign placement a surprise for my son. On the day of placement, they text prior to arrival and sent photos once they were done! I never saw them on my cameras and my son was surprised and so happy with the signs and selections.
