The bill was always reasonable and it was quick, friendly and reliable. This past exam I was charged $247 for an eye exam. This was as of February 2026. They made me sign a waiver about payment then "forgot" to charge me for measuring my eyes for contacts (the whole reason I was there) then sent me another bill. Had I known it would cost that much and I would be treated like cattle being pushed through so they can meet their patient quota, or whatever Ohio eye has done to these local places, I would not have come. I will never recommend nor send any friends or family to Ohio eye again. I had a bad experience last year then tried it again supposing it was a one off. Sorry local people that still work there. It's that corporate takeovers policy and pricing, but NEVER again for me. $79 at lenscrafters for a contacts exam. Could have bought contacts and had the exam for less than Ohio eye!

I needed a new doctor because I got new insurance and am only in Ohio part-time. After my initial visit, I had to leave the country early and had to reschedule my follow-up. She got me in the next day and later mailed my contacts and glasses to my home in Hawaii. We need more awesome ladies like Inge in this world. The doc was chill too. I never use Yelp, but logged in for this, that's how much this experience stood out to me.
