I'm pretty decent, but super out of practice. Hubby on the other hand, grew up in a community straight out of the movie Footloose- ultra conservative Christian with no TV, no music, no dancing. He was permitted to play drums in symphony, but that was the limit of his musical upbringing, and he's NEVER been a dancer. That is changing. My fat ass needs to get back into shape and he needs to improve his cardio function. We had our first lesson yesterday, and I have to give props to our instructor, Stas, who is also the owner. He sits down with you first to talk about how they run things, what you can expect, and to discover why you're there and what your goals are.
