Well Monday comes around and there is NO DELIVERY. At this point I want a FULL REFUND. I would have been okay with them attempting to making it right, by sending the flowers I ordered AFTER MOTHERS DAY, but they can't even do that correctly. At this point I don't want a credit or replacement. I want my money back. Please do yourself a favor and look at other low reviews on here and on Yelp. I wish I had before I had ordered - they mention the same issues. THEY DON'T SEND WHAT YOU ORDER AND PAY FOR. Make sure to ask the person you bought the flowers for to send you a picture of what was delivered. I'm sure it won't be what was ordered. Second time this has happened now! Also my mother told me they called her and spoke to her about a delivery on Tuesday, which is NOT WHAT WE AGREED TO. Also WHY ARE YOU CALLING THE PERSON WHOM IM SURPRISING WITH THE FLOWERS?! The website comes with a warning saying that if they are out of a flower or it isn't in season that they will replace it with flowers of equal value, however I think they failed with this bouquet. I never would have bought this arrangement, let alone spent $100 on it if I had seen it the way it actually was.
