So I took a closer look on the Google and found Bella Bloom. The owner answered the phone just before close and took all the time I needed to order a few perfect things. My girl is goth, so pastels don't fly. I just saw a pic of what she got and they KILLED IT. What I didn't know is no one has ever sent her flowers before in her whole life. So these meant a ton to her. The fact that what she got was exactly perfect made it a pretty special thing for her. Well done!

The plants are planted, not cut flowers, so it's lasting a long time. She's sent me flowers from Bella Blooms before, I just didn't know where they were from. A dear friend of mine in Tualatin lost her husband and I wanted to send her flowers. Flowers that were not basic, but special. Nancy picked up the phone when I called. She was so cheerful, kind and professional. I explained what I needed flowers for and she offered her caring words to me. She asked if I had a bouquet in mind - and I did, and told her the arrangement I saw online that I liked. She asked if I wanted the arrangement delivered that day. I did not, I needed it delivered in two days - and I could hear in Nancy's voice, although she would have had them delivered that day, was relived to have some time to do the arrangement. She was clearly very busy when I called. My point being, she did not rush me, she listened to me, offered me her sympathy and continued to treat me with excellent customer service, even though she was very busy. I received an email notification when the flowers were delivered and 5 minutes after that, I received a text with a photo of the gorgeous flowers and a note from my dear friend, thanking me for the flowers. Thank you Nancy. The arrangement you created was both beautiful and affordable. I will definitely order from you again.

Worth every penny--they brought the bride's vision to life perfectly!…read more We sought out Flowers by Zsuzsana based on their excellent reviews, and we gladly made the hour-plus drive from Gresham to Hillsboro for our consultation because of their reputation for excellence. They truly listened to the bride's vision instead of trying to force it into their own preferences. Throughout the entire planning process, they communicated flawlessly and answered every question we had. They are incredibly knowledgeable and offer their floral expertise in a kind, helpful way. They gave us fantastic suggestions on what flowers would work best for the season while completely understanding the overall "feel" we wanted for the wedding. They even went completely above and beyond for us: my daughter really wanted peonies, which were out of season. No other florist we spoke to even offered to try to find peonies, but Zsuzsana managed to source them and have them specially shipped in. I happily paid extra for them to make her dream layout a reality. On the day of the wedding, Zsuzsana and her daughter did a truly spectacular job and blew everyone away. They even lent us their own ladder to use for the reception teardown, which was a wonderful help. Seeing how happy my daughter was, and seeing her exact vision come to life so beautifully, made it clear that this was money well spent. As the mother of the bride, I can honestly say they were worth every single penny.

The man who answered said I missed the cutoff for today's delivery which is at Noon for same day. It was one o'clock so I do understand. What makes this experience one that I will surely never call this business again is the attitude this guy had. He very succinctly told me I was too late for today's delivery (fine, I understand) but then asked me where it was going? As if that would make a difference. He should remember that his job or maybe his business has to have good customer service. At least say "I'm sorry, but we aren't able to get flowers out same day." No, very gruff and apparently doesn't need the business - took my $250 budget elsewhere.

She was not available for our date, but we had used many of the free resources on her website and wanted to do a real live check-in about all the things we had figured out and get tips on some of the things we hadn't yet and to make sure we were on track time wise. As many of you know - weddings are not cheap but we both felt that this service was money well spent. Elisabeth took GREAT and extensive notes and sent us a summary after our call as well as a referral for another day-of coordinator (who we later interviewed and hired) and she has offered to available for further follow-up if needed. Elisabeth's website and business are very inclusive and aware that not everyone's wedding/marriage/life fits into the same mold. As a queer couple, this is incredibly important to us and was welcome reprieve from what we've seen in much of our wedding planning experience thus-far. If you're not sure if you need a coordinator, I'd still recommend a call with her to have a paid professional consult and either steer you in the right direction, or if nothing else, provide you with validation and reassurance. Her website is also incredibly full of so many good resources and tips.

We worked with Beth for almost a year leading up to our wedding. She provided us with a reasonable timeline, kept us accountable, and put us at ease. That was all leading up to the big day. On our wedding day, I was EVEN more grateful to Beth. She made sure the entire event went off without a hitch. She even picked up our wedding pies (no cake for us!) the morning of the big day! Beth was there every step of the way and this allowed us to stay present in the moment and not worry about day-of logistics. We weren't the only ones to notice the care and attention that Beth puts into her work. Our friends and family also commented on how amazing she was from start to finish. Thank you so much, Beth! We honestly couldn't have done it without you.
