A wonderful casual brewery. I had a very good, simple beef stew, and then some amazing pasta…read more(tortellini?). For a drink, I tried the Chouchen, which is a type of wine made from honey instead of grapes, homemade by the owner, who was happy to describe the process and the cave they brew it in. (It's a French drink, not Italian, but still home made.) It's a bit sweet, but not overly so. The owner also gave me a sip of a spiced Moscato that was even better. I've tried many restaurants in Asti, and for something casual, this is probably my favorite.
