Still, we were given a vacant table outside and chairs were found to seat us right away. We chose the slow-cooked pork with white beans (tonno di maiale nell chianti) and the veggie salad, plus the salumi e formaggi piatto. OMG! So delicious! And the proprietor visited our table and made recommendations and friendly conversation. It turns out our waitress was his daughter (also extremely nice). Also had the chocolate crisp cookie with hazelnut mouse and candied hazelnuts. The inside of the restaurant is beautiful - loved the ceilings. I sat at a high top table with a view of the kitchen which was fun to watch. The staff were very nice.
