I went to Alternative Hypnosis for help with insomnia. The owner, Josh, said he could help me with…read morethis. He put me in a weight loss program which did not address my insomnia. I tried two sessions. These sessions were about 40 minutes long with his assistant pushing play of old, worn recordings. I tried to go along with this at first but I knew they were scamming me. I told them that I would not be continuing the program and that I expect them not to place any more charges on my account. Two weeks later, they charged my account again for a total of $918. I sent them a couple of emails about this and they did not respond. So I went to my bank to dispute the charge. Suddenly, Josh emailed me saying it would be unethical to cancel the payment for services rendered. I told him that it was unethical to tell someone that you will help them with their insomnia and put them in a cookie cutter weight loss program that did not help my insomnia in any way. Look up the complaints about this place on the BBB website and decide if this is a person you want to deal with. Josh's last email was beginning to become insulting so I am not engaging with him anymore.
