I I informed them on our initial call, 3 weeks prior to surgery how much I really wanted to hve a clean house to come home to, they screwed around and couldn't get me scheduled... gave me one excuse after another... finally they wanted to come on the Sunday evening before surgery at 7:30 FOR A 4 HOUR CLEANING.
