This Israeli restaurant is attached to the Renaissance Hotel where we were staying. At first we dismissed trying it as it was listed as Israeli food and we were not sure if we would like the cuisine.
Every night as we looked in it was jammed packed with a lot of activity after only open for two weeks. My wife and I decided to give a try and we are so glad we did. This dinner "experience" is in my top 3 of all time.
We sat at the kitchen bar where we met the chefs and they spent a good 5 minutes explaining the nights menu. To be brief, we had 3 courses that were supplemented with a tasting of two more samples of the chefs creation on a spoon - excellent! The beet root salad and my calamari, shrimp dish presented in a covered bowl with Moroccan bread was outstanding. My wife's choices were equally as good.
This will no doubt be the place to have a dinning experience! Make sure to sit at the kitchen bar and watch the action! read more
