We were there for four nights and after three nights of not being able to sleep because of people having parties on their balcony several floors away and next-door to our room, we notified the staff. On that third night they said they sent somebody but they didn't quiet down next door and kept trying to come into our room through the adjoining door. We were assured the party had left and our fourth night was very quiet. Dallas said she would escalate our situation and that it was not acceptable. When we left, we were told that we received an email and we did not and that we were offered a ride to the airport which we were not, and we just left with a big bad taste in our mouths after choosing this property for our respite. It again it's a beautiful property, but the staff did not handle the situation and admittedly they didn't learn of the noise until the third night but we lost three nights of sleep and would never go there again or recommended to any of our friends. The only thing we ever offered was a soft pillow for that fourth night. Definitely not worth the money left the hotel with a bad taste in our mouths. As we were leaving, we were also told our situation would be escalated. Offering a ride to the airport for three nights of no sleep is not an adequate resolution. Not impressed!

Came here for our first trip with our 7-month-old and this did not feel like a 5-star experience,…read moreespecially at $1,400+ per night. We did get upgraded from an ocean view room to a coastline view suite and appreciated being able to choose between the two at check-in. Even with the upgrade, the stay didn't live up to expectations. The biggest issue is that the property feels dated and poorly maintained. In our room alone there was peeling laminate in the bathroom, likely from the tub faucet spraying toward the window, a shower that never got hot enough, and on our last day the closet door handle literally fell off. Not what you expect at this price point. Service was inconsistent. We walked into our room at one point and found housekeeping sitting on the couch. Valet was also frustrating since the parking attendant couldn't clearly direct us to visitor parking, so we ended up paying for valet every day. The hair dryer was low quality with only one heat setting. I use a salon-quality dryer at home, but even compared to some 4-star hotels this felt like a downgrade. Small detail, but it adds up. Food was mediocre and overpriced. A $22 piña colada mocktail was basically a slushy. Nothing we had stood out in a good way. The pool area is smaller than expected and not particularly nice for a resort like this. We were expecting more, whether that meant a larger pool, a second pool, or something more elevated. The beach was the highlight. Chairs and umbrellas were included in the resort fee and the staff there were genuinely warm and attentive. There was also noticeable construction noise and sound from the nearby bridge, which took away from the overall experience. The blackout curtains didn't fully close, which made it harder to get good sleep with a baby, and the balcony furniture felt minimal. Overall, this felt like fake luxury. The branding is there, but the experience doesn't match. Not worth the price and we would not stay here again.

The hotel itself is okay, the amenities are pretty underwhelming, they have one pool which is open to everyone (ie kids included) the beach setup is probably the only decent amenity. Where they have lounge chairs and umbrellas and full service for their drinks and food from their kitchen. We got a complimentary upgrade to a suite, in our room was amazing! We had beautiful Florida ceiling views of the harbor and bridge. We enjoyed Boat watching in the evenings. I really love the room so much, we are only here for two nights but you could stay comfortably in this room for a month if you could! And I have full kitchen, living room, desk, separate bedroom, and two bathrooms!

I stayed as part of a corporate event and stayed four days and three nights. A large conference room and several smaller rooms were rented as part of the event. We ate breakfast there each day and ate dinner one night and lunch on two days as part of the event. The food was generally pretty good. The lunch and dinners were buffets, the breakfast was table order. Our breakfast was confusing with three people stopping by and we were asked our room number multiple times including when we arrived.....only to have to write it on the receipt. Complete with included tip and a blank for another tip if we chose. Elevators wait was long as there were only three. Pluses and minuses capture the stay pretty well. This unprofessional attitude significantly impacted our experience, and I expected better service for the price.". This place is mad weird. The front desk staff has zero customer service skills, zero professionalism, and clearly no accountability. A hotel can look nice, but if the people running it behave like this, it's not worth it.
