My friend and I desperately needed a warm place to eat and wait for our night train to Oslo and we were fortunate enough to stumble upon this bar just as they opened. The music was blaring and that usually turns me off but I felt a really good vibe coming from the woman we spoke with and we decided to plunk down all of our luggage and sit for awhile. They don't serve food but indicated we could order take out from the Chinese Food/Hot Dog Stand (yes, really) right next door so we did that. My friend enjoyed several interesting beers and Theresa was about to make a very strong White Russian for me. The atmosphere was awesome. It felt like a place where everyone knew each other and they were all hanging out and having a great time. One woman engaged us in conversation and recommended a strip bar down the street, haha. The owner (Theresa) was so nice. She even gave us free shots to celebrate our visit to Norway. I never go to bars but I could see this as a place that I'd be a regular at if I lived in the area.
