The operations manager briefed us, then the dentist came in, spoke with us, examined my granddaughter and allowed us to ask questions after she explained what she saw and what she suggested. I had a permanent metal retainer for 24 years that popped off halfway in my mouth. I called Kragor Orthodontics, and they were able to see me in the same day, remove the broken retainer, and sent me home with a replacement that is in greater quality than the original. I could tell as soon as I walked in that this office is different because of its people. They were accommodating to my needs and have a great blend of professionalism, humor, and kindness. We need more places like this! Their office is very clean, and the interior is welcoming for all ages. I appreciate that their office wasn't drowning in toxic air fresheners or other added fragrances. This is sadly common these days and is disabling for the growing number of us who are chemically sensitive.
