There's a reason this place receives so much negativity…read more First: the women who schedule the CT Scans: why do you act like you are personally attacked if I ask you a question or reschedule or cancel an appointment? Do you realize how childish and petty that is? YOU are the worker SERVING US, the patients. WE pay YOUR bills. Stop with the arrogant attitude, acting like patients bother you when you actually have to do the job you are paid to do FOR THEM. Get a different job if your feelings are so fragile that you can't handle the public (SICK PEOPLE) professionally. Second: The lady at check-in. I handed you TWO cards. Primary coverage and secondary coverage. You scanned one. And, you even put that info in incorrectly and failed to bill my secondary insurance, making it look like I had an outstanding bill. The aforementioned rude CT Scan scheduling lady was sure to point out that outstanding bill too. "We will need to collect that!!" No. You won't. The facility needs to train the people in check-in to do it correctly. My secondary covered the remainder. I actually had NO outstanding bill. I had to call and get this sorted with the lady in billing (she was actually polite and knew what to do to rectify it!) She also told me I was the 3rd patient whose insurance was recorded incorrectly THAT DAY. No wonder she was frustrated. Third: Dr. White. He didn't care one bit about my issue. Do you understand that YOU WORK FOR US? It's not the other way around. If you can't "care" about people with a respectful bedside manner and attitude, LEAVE! Go work somewhere else. Believe it or not, YOU will be sick someday, and people you care about will get sick. You will want/need a doctor with compassion. Treat people the way you would want your family treated. Cut the sarcasm, the smirks, the unhelpful lectures, and just do your job. Why do you look like you're about to laugh the whole time and why do you feel the need to interrupt the patient and not allow them to finish talking? Look at these awful reviews and realize YOU ARE NOT LIVING UP TO YOUR OATH as a medical "professional." You can do better if you try. That's why I fired you. You get paid a lot of money. (If we are honest, too much actually, for the amount of work you actually do.) EARN IT. Do better. Why do I sound angry? Because I was sick. I went to a doctor, paid them to help me, and this is the crappy service I got. No help whatsoever and it wasted my time, gas, and money and only delayed my getting actual effective help.

He answered all of my questions and even presented alternative options if the chosen treatment plan didn't fix my daughter's problems. Surgery day was a breeze, we spoke with him multiple times and I was kept informed every step of the way. Her pain was well controlled and recovery was quick with the post-op prescriptions/discharge instructions given. His office is also very good about always answering the phone! More than his medical expertise, my favorite part about working with Dr. Moreno is knowing faith guides his actions. After every encounter, he always ended our conversation by saying God bless. This only increased my trust and comfort in him. I will continue to share his name with others in the community because our experience was just that good!

I don't even know where to start. After being hospitalized on a vent for a year when I came home I…read moreneeded an ENT. Apparently he is the one who placed the trach and you have to see the doctor that placed it. PCP finally tracked down the correct doctor and scheduled an appointment. Upon arrival the receptionist immediately started saying we couldn't be seen because of an unpaid balance from the hospital and it all had to be paid. I was able to pay some on the balance and be seen. Asked the doctor for help with swallowing issues and he said 'you will just have to go to vandy or something' No referral no nothing. Called to get an appointment today because pulminary said we can start towards removing trach. They said no your balance has been turned over to collections and you can't be seen. So I have no way of getting care because nobody else will see me. I want to cry.I hope nobody has to experience this kind of treatment
