The sent a brand new attorney to my Hancock Co. hearing. It was a second DUI so I realized jail time was unavoidable. However, this is a close knit community and the prosecutor rolled his eye at the new face. I received a sentence 3x longer than the other case where the defendants had multiple DUIs. To top it all off, they made repetitive errors with my billing statements. Paid them 4K, with 2K still due for the Marion Co. case. Their billing statements repetitively said 4K still due, even after numerous on time payments. When I inquired repeatedly about getting those updated. I was told they would be sent. They were never received. Yet, they continued to harass me for payment. Without providing any new updates on my case. Unfortunately, they confirm the attorney stereotype. No information, no consistency, and expect you to pay for services not rendered. Seek counsel elsewhere, as I am now doing. They only reason I didn't give them a 1-star review is that immigration law seems to be their main area of practice. I assume that's overwhelming in the current political climate and the reason for the complete disconnect between their administrative staff and in-court teams.
