He was gonna charge me $70 (he said it'd take him 2 hours) for the same exact nails he refused to do. Glad he did didn't do my nails because I went to Noire for a cheaper price.Took 30 minutes. Go to NOIRE in Argyle Forest prices and service are amazing. I paid $75 but that's including a generous tip. read more

Best pedicure I've ever had. My usual nail salon started slacking on the massage portion and rushing through the process. Wylie did an awesome job massaging (which is the whole reason I get pedicures) and took her time to make my toenails look great. I'll definitely be back. read more

We made a reservation a week prior for 10 people in our bridal party we arrived 15 minutes prior to our 2 pm appointment . The place was already packed out with customers in every chair . So we did have a wait which is understandable. They got us taken care of as soon as possible and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and happy . This is my new favorite place for a pedicure. After years of going to a very popular local nail salon and not being happy the last few visits, I saw signs up for BAJ near my house and decided to give it a try. So glad I did! It was clean, quiet and my nail tech took her time and did a great job. It didn't feel rushed, which is a pet peeve I've had with the other salon. The spa music in the background is very calming to listen to and I appreciate the TV not being on. I will definitely be back again soon. read more

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I have used this salon several times in lieu of my preferred nail salon because the hours are better for my work/life schedule. BIG MISTAKE! I have been getting my nails done for 20 years and I have literally never had an experience as bad as I did here. I went in asking for my set to be removed and a full set put on. The nail tech who is a older Asian man took a chunk out of the very first nail he worked on. The next four nail removals were so excruciating that I gave in and just asked him to soak them off (I never get them soaked off because I've never had someone butcher my nails this bad). He set up my soak off and then went to set up a pedicure station. I'm thinking surely he's not going to do a full pedicure on someone as I sit here with my fingers in a bowl of acetone. Yep he did. I sat there for almost an hour before finally just scrubbing the acrylic off myself and asking him to come cut my nails because I had been there an hour and 15 minutes at this point and now had to leave without getting my nails done. He left my nails is such horrible shape, I'm literally not going to be able to do anything with my paper thin nails until I can get in somewhere else. To make matters worse, I asked for the owner before I left and stood at the check out counter without anyone coming out to talk to me. I will never give this place my business or hard earned money again and I'll make sure everyone I know, also knows to steer clear of there. read more

Two stars for clean look of salon and new chairs. I came one time prior when they just opened and there was way too much Vietnamese chatter among the employees throughout the whole salon. Usually, there might be some side-by-side whispering amongst employees, but not yelling across the whole salon. It was not a relaxing experience, to say the least. I thought I'd give them one more try hoping things had settled down since the grand opening and they'd be more attentive to the customer. Nope. Came in and asked for a pedicure, they sat me down and I waited almost 30 minutes. They weren't even busy. I was just getting ready to leave when a lady came over and sat down. She never asked how I was doing or if I wanted something to drink, even though the lady next to me had a glass of wine. She completely rushed through my pedicure rubbing my calves very hard and briskly, again not relaxing at all. I did not leave a tip and will never be back. This is such a shame because the owners have a goldmine there and it could really be a great place, if they put the customer first and knew how to focus on customer service. read more
