Not a nice shop. I rented a flat from them and was promised (in writing!) to get more than 400 pounds back of my deposit.
When the cheque arrived, some two months later, it was for less than 300 pounds, and despite writing to them repeatedly, I never managed to extract the balance.
Along the way, they provided two mutually contradicting "explanations" for the shortfall. I hesitate to use the word which springs to mind... but I definitely recommend against them. read more
