The owner was so kind and thorough, explaining each step and making sure I was happy the entire time. The service was outstanding, especially the foot massage. It was long, relaxing, and honestly one of the best I've ever had. The hot towels were the perfect temperature, and they constantly checked in to make sure everything felt comfortable and just right. You can truly tell they care about their work and their clients. I left feeling relaxed, pampered, and beyond satisfied. It looks horrible. For taking off my nails and a terrible shellac job, she charged me $75!!!!!! I am furious!
