Our trash cans got smelly and funky, it seems overnight. The hubby didn't want to clean them so we called Bailey's Classy Cans. Our first time using a service like this. I am a new customer and end up canceling a month later. Came too early than scheduled time, therefore my trash bin did not get cleaned. Called the office 2x and Tony sent out someone out again and still the same thing end up not cleaning it due to scheduling. Called the office the 3rd time and they end up cancelling my service due to their schedule not working out due to the Republic Service late schedule. They did thought clean my recycling bin but did an awful job. Still had smell in the bin. Was very disappointed. Price is cheaper than other company but I guess you get what you paid for. read more

Horrible phone customer service that will eventually lead to them closing down. I'm sorry but if your job is to answer the phone or if you are the owner and you answer the phone like you do.... your business isn't going to last long in this town. Every time I call a lady answers and always goes "Baileys"...... So I always say "Hi I'm calling on getting my bins washed".... in which her response (twice now) is "Ummmmm.... Ohhkayyyyy...." with a long pause to follow... so then I said "Can you let me know a date that works for you? Or?" And she goes " "When's your trash day" ... I respond with "Tuesday" .... she goes "Okay well we don't have any availability this week after Tuesday. And then says nothing ..... so I say "Well this week doesn't work for me anyway, how about the following" and she goes "I can have someone out there" .... like hello? Time?? I mean the customer service she provides is worse than a millennial. It sucks too because I really like the job the guys do when they come out so it's not them, its strictly her. So I made the switch this week to another trash can wash service because when I called last week she said she didn't have her log or something in front of her so she would give me a call back and mentioned it was her day off so she doesn't have anything in front of her and has yet to call back. I mean it's really not that hard. Especially with google these days, google how to properly represent yourself as a company. "Hi this is Baileys, are you an existing customer or a new customer" Boom... "Existing" .... "Okay awesome! Would you like to schedule an appointment for one or two trash cans" ..... I mean geez . I used to rinse my own trash cans and it helped a little. The spills inside would get rinsed off, but the odor remained very bad. After these guys came by to clean my trash cans, they were like new. Whatever deodorizers were used, were very effective. The odor was gone. I plan on doing this a few times through out the year. read more

Overall pretty satisfied. I am deducting one star due to the difficulty in scheduling. We needed our trash cans cleaned - bad. I have two teenagers who cannot seem to remember to put trash in liners instead of just lobbing it all in to the trash container. They were dirty, stinky, and just overall gross. Came across Bailey's online from a simple Google search. They had the best one time cleaning price for two cans of $29. Took a chance, since there aren't any Yelp reviews. Booked on a Sunday, indicated we wanted our cans cleaned Monday. The website says several times, they have same day cleaning available in most cases. I knew they were closed Sunday when I booked, so I planned on calling Monday morning to confirm. Called Monday, and was told that the office manager was on vacation, and that no one had looked at the appointments yet. Said they would call me back. Got a voicemail back a couple of hours later that they had me booked for the following Monday. That wasn't going to work for me. We REALLY needed them cleaned sooner. Also, our trash day is actually Friday, so I called and asked if I could be rescheduled for Friday instead, since that is my actual trash day. Was again told they would call me back. Waited two days with no call back. Called them myself on Wednesday, and was told that the guy I talked to on Monday was "waiting" for his scheduler to get back in the office, since he was at lunch. For two days?? I told him if I didn't hear back that day, I was going to go elsewhere. He ended up calling back and leaving a voicemail that I was now scheduled for Friday. Thank goodness. They came out today and cleaned the cans. They look and smell good! The cans look brand new. Like I said, I am overall pretty satisfied with the actual service. The office can work on organization though. We may use these guys again once our cans are dirty again! Feels good to have disinfected cans. They are a breeding ground for bacteria. read more

Scheduled an appointment online. Paid ahead of time. I never heard back or got confirmation that my bins were going to get cleaned. I ended up calling a couple of weeks later to see why they took payment from me and never contacted me to complete the service. They said - well we only come to that side of town ONE Saturday per month... So I had to wait a few more weeks because I guess I missed the last week they came out?? Anyway, I waited 3 weeks. They never came, again. I called to see what happened. The lady said the road was closed down due to an accident in the area. Yes. I knew what she was talking about. But, there were like 3 different detours to get to my neighborhood. What an excuse??? So then she said a pump was broken on the truck. All of a sudden? When were they going to inform me of this?? I waited for someone to come that whole day and they didn't have the decency to call their customers who had an appointment that they confirmed through email and text? That also means I would have had to wait for the next month that they come to mountains edge?! I gave up and asked for a refund. Extremely POOR customer service. read more

I use Classy Cans Quarterly. It is nice service to have as a home owner. I love the disinfectant and odor remover. As we know cans get build up and unpleasant smells that can ruin your back yard experience. It's fantastic especially in the summer when heat is added to the mix. Came across this company when actually looking up trashcan cleaning services in Las Vegas! Who would have thought it even existed . Went to there website and viewed all the choices from monthly to one time cleanings. I chose the one time cleaning to first see how it turned out. Can I just say my trash cans were gross and stinky and i wasn't about to crawl in there and scrub them out... yuck I set up and paid on the website which was very easy. Although I wish the company actually called to inform me of when exactly I would be on the list to get cans cleaned . I had to call them a week later and then was set up the following day to be cleaned. My only complaint! The guy that came was so nice and friendly he called to make sure he had the right cans since I live in a condo and cans are everywhere. I greatly appreciated that! Very disappointed. My recycle bin is clean but still had water in it, in a closed bin this is likely going to start smelling again. My trash can still has residue in it and still smells. I had very high hopes for clean bins as advertised, going to with a different company next time. read more

I called Tuesday soon after my trash was picked up when I realized there were maggots in my trash can. The smell was horrific, gag-inducing horrific. The downside of having a cute puppy is all of the poop that just sits in the trash can, attracting flies. The lady I spoke to on the phone was easy to talk to and luckily they were able to fit me in the same day for a cleaning. Paid close to $30 to clean both trash and recycling bins. 100% worth it. 1. There are no maggots left. 2. There's no weird murky water on the bottom of the bin. 3. The smell is waaaaay better. It still smells like a trash can, mind you. But I can now open and close the bin without wanting to lose my lunch. 5/5 for how fast and efficiently they were able to clean my bins which are now usable again. Hopefully I'll have some time between the next cleaning due to the poop + summer heat. read more

I would give 5, but scheduling was a pain in the rump. Aside from that, incredible. I can't remember the last time I actually cleaned my cans (I'm sure my wife does), and we stumbled across these guys. The work is fantastic!
