As soon as you walk in, you feel important, because she only operates with one client at a time. It's cozy and inviting! I have only gotten lashes with Bailey, but she offers many other beauty services and treatments. Lashes are always done perfectly, and she listens to what you want to create a beautiful look that enhances your lashes and gives you a confidence boost! read more

I've been a loyal customer of this salon for several years, but my recent experiences have been…read moreextremely disappointing. During my last visit, I spent over $80 on a pedicure , but she spent most of the time cutting my cuticles and working extremely slowly. In the end, she only spent about 15 minutes massaging my legs and feet Extremely soft felt like a inconvenience During another visit, I had the same lady named Kim do my gel polish on my toes. Unfortunately, she rushed the process, and the gel polish peeled off just three days later. As a result, my nails are now cut and extremely sore to the touch. Neither I nor my three daughters will be returning to this salon.

While the woman that did my nails laughed when she took chonks of my nails off with a drill bit I didn't find it funny. I left holding back tears! I have no words to describe how horrible this place is. It's dirty and half the people aren't even licensed to do nails. Stay away from this place.

When I called they said she must have picked them off. I told them I didn't think so because she liked them so much. I went back again this time i paid for just regular polish. This time they only lasted two days. I'm not sure if they are going putting one coat or what but it should last longer than a day. I know she is not picking at them she likes her nails done too much to mess them up. I will not be going back there for her or myself

I had the worst experience on my recent visit! First, it took 5 hours for them to do my manicure (3hrs) & pedicure(2hrs)! Then they serviced other people, who had come in way after me, before me. If I wasn't so desperate to get my nails and toes done, I would have walked out. At one point, a relative(?) walked in, and they fixed her nail before finishing my manicure. The same person remarked that we should come during the day when it's not as busy (um, people have to work...).
