Where do I start? Angie and her crew are legit lifesavers. I use them 1-2X per week for a short…read moreterm rental. But let me first tell you how my relationship with them began. Three years ago, my regular cleaners told me that they could no longer work with me (moving out of town). I interviewed a few companies, but Angie really impressed me because I could tell she was organized and committed to providing a top notch service. At the same time, however, I had a friend who cleaned homes and was in need of a job, so I alternated between her and Angie's crew. Angie always could help me out in a pinch and her cleaners are super fast but very thorough (the benefit of having a team of cleaners rather than one person of course). I used her services sporadically throughout the past three years and she always came through for me, even tried her best when she was completely booked. This is crucial when you are relying on income from a STR and need last minute reservations when they come through. When my friend gave her notice this past spring, I actually felt like it was going to be ok, because I had a company that had proven themselves to be dependable and loyal to their customers. Angie and her crew have been my regular cleaners ever since and will be henceforth! The best!

Angie NOLA Maids did a good job deep cleaning a dirty apartment. Some items were skipped, and…read moresince the two women work independently, I didn't micromanage them. So I have zero knowledge of time was wasted if not. The pricing was fair for the job done. My 2 con's are: Angie told me that all of her cleaners spoke English ( so nothing would be lost in translation.) That was not the case. Also, since I happen to speak French, I could understand some of what the 2 cleaners were saying. I can't speak Spanish, but the two languages are similar in ways. I did not appreciate get bad mouthed by them. At times, they were very rude. They did not know this, but due to a chronic illness, I can't manage to keep my apartment clean on my own. Their rudeness truly rubbed me the wrong way. I did not call to follow up with bi- monthly cleanings, and they did not contact me.

They've always sent at least 2 people here and when I saw one person show up, I already knew what to expect. Light fixtures not cleaned Living room furniture was not moved and cleaned under (who leaves dust under a sofa and tables) - THEY'VE ALWAYS DONE THIS WITH A BASIC CLEANING Under beds not dusted / mopped (I have concrete floors) Blinds behind sofa not wet cleaned and not sure too many of there were wet cleaned since you would have needed a ladder Items on the base of living room table just cleaner around Shelves in bathrooms above toilets were not dusted Blinds above master tub not cleaned Cabinets not wiped up top as expected Bottom of furniture not dusted (only used furniture polish on the tops) Art on walls not cleaned Bathroom mirrors were smeared (you would think the least he would do would be to make sure that doesn't happen) Needless to say, this was very disappointing considering the level of cleaning I received in the past was way more thorough than what was done today. If this is the level of cleaning an owner does, I can't imagine what your expectations are today versus last year when the cleaners came. I chose this company because I used them in the past for several basic cleanings and thought they would do a great job with a deep cleaning. The OWNER showed up because the original cleaner was out sick - if this is what the OWNER'S expectations are, their expectations have certainly been lowered. Their employees did a much better job and were here for 3.5-4 hours each time for a BASIC clean and he was only here for 4.5 hours. If the OWNER doesn't want to do the job he's paid to do, then he needs to reschedule instead of being greedy and wanting paid for nothing

This was my first time getting a deep tissue massage with Dominique. She was pleasant and knowledgeable. I booked a hot stone massage with Stephen, and from start to finish, I felt completely relaxed and celebrated. From the moment I arrived, the little birthday touches made my day extra special. A birthday message and card in my locker, and even a note waiting for me in the relaxation area. Those thoughtful details really go a long way. The mimosa before my massage was the perfect touch to help me unwind, and the massage itself was one of the best I've ever had. It was my first hot stone massage, and it definitely won't be my last. I'm already looking forward to coming back and if you visit for your birthday, make sure to let them know. They'll make you feel truly celebrated
