It was the last thing on our minds during our recent vacation to NOLA and the surrounding area. We were driving from New Orleans to Slidell to take a tour of the swamp. As we started over the Highway 11 Bridge, it happened. The rear passenger tire blew. As luck would have it, we found R& D Tires and Service. They're off the beaten path, but that path was on the way to our tour. Even better, they are open 24 hours. We were very happy to discover them. My husband made a call and found they had a replacement tire for our car in stock. We took the tour and then went back down the road. When we pulled into the lot, we were greeted immediately. I went inside to wait and less than ten minutes later they were done. I'm not kidding. I couldn't believe it. 5 Star service start to finish.

Jarell came out to help me with some battery trouble when I couldn't start my car after dropping my dog off at the vet. He got to me super quick, like 10 minutes. We got the truck jump started, but I needed a new battery. I also had to be at work, so I did not have time to go get one and install it. MY SAVIOR, Jarell, was able to handle all that. He went and bought a new battery and installed it in my truck at my office. Wonderful guy! Outstanding service! 10/10 will recommend to any and everyone.

There was no apology or attempt to rectify the situation, only gaslighting and excuses. I nor my family or friends will ever be returning to this place.
