LOVE my 2011 Buick Lacrosse I purchased from here! Great customer service. I still go to them for everything- oil changes, detailing, etc.

I needed a car bad. Carmart was the first buy here pay here I had ever been to. Within two days I…read morewas able to give them a down payment and purchased my car. After a few days at home with my new car I discovered there were some items missing from the vehicle. the parts that were missing were the inner splash Shields which protect the engine from debris and we'll from water getting into your intake manifold it also protects all the wires. the third part missing was called the belly pan which also protects the underneath part of the engine belts and hoses but for a Mustang it enables the air to be channeled up into the engine to cool it so it won't overheat. the first time I remembered to ask one of the sales people about my car and the parts that were missing the guy shrugged his shoulders and said oh that cars from Ohio we don't know anything about it. and that was the common response I had from two or three of the employees at the Glasgow Car-Mart.when I asked for a Carfax when I had bought the car they told me they didn't have one and that they knew nothing about that car.I'm new in Kentucky but I've recently discovered that it's actually illegal for a used car dealer to say these things to you at all used car dealers actually know where their cars from right down to who own them last.and I've also been advised to seek a lawyer for a possible suit against this company to try to reimburse me for the parts I've had to pay in for the aggravation having to have motor vehicle repairs because water got into my engine. I'm a guide for Google maps and I was able to do a review just a couple months ago about this same issue. Somebody who was titled the owner of Car-Mart contacted me through Google and told me they would like to look into the matter and try to solve the problem. so I called the number they provided which was their corporate office and explained what had happened and the small parts that I needed for my car. a couple days later the manager at the Glasgow office called me and was very angry she was insulted rude and insinuated that I was doing something wrong by asking for the rest of my car. she went so far as to tell me that she had been informed that these parts were not necessary for the functioning of a motor vehicle. well admittedly I got angry and told her that she should get together with her people and go talk to Ford motor corporation and their engineers and explain to them how for doesn't really need to use those parts, and get back to me when you decide. I never heard from her and that was 3 months ago, and of course my warantee is expired now. I am paying top dollar for my car and have never missed a payment. I just wish I could have the rest of my car. Below is a screenshot of Engineer and Mechanics consensus Of why this part is important. I certainly will not buy from this car mart and the rude manager.

********BEWARE********* This business's practices are…read morecompletely unethical. Our father-n-law recently bought a 2013 Ford Focus from this dealership. The car they sold him had been involved in 2 major front end and they did not disclose this to me upon purchase. The weekend after he purchased the car, it became uncontrollable and we almost had a major wreck. I returned the car the day after the purchase because a front end vibration worsened after the purchase of the vehicle and it was discovered the car's drivers side axel and control arm was busted and ready to completely go out on the car. The garage I took the car to also discovered the car had 4 dry rotted tires. Had I been driving the car and this happened I could have been severely injured or killed. A little longer and all of us would have had a major wreck all due to Car-Mart's negligence. The car's airbag lights are on as if they have been deployed at one time. When asked if the car had been wrecked, they denied it had been wrecked and stated they had no way to test the air bags. After running a carfax on the car, it had been involved in 2 major front end collisions. The car's radio did not work and as of today the dealership still has not made good on their promise to fix the radio or even have the car's front end looked at which still has a bad vibration/thud sound. Now, the car's transmission shutters upon take off, and after much research I have found this happens to many cars after they've had front end collisions. I have called their corporate office multiple times since I bought the car and no one will call me back. I have went into the dealership and complained and the manager walks into her office and shuts the door. A business with type of business practices should be closed or new management should take over this location. I would advise no one to buy a car from this dealership. Take your money and invest it somewhere else! Do NOT buy from this dealership unless you are looking for a lemon! UPDATED REVIEW: After multiple continued calls to car marts corporate office and going into this location nothing still has been done to resolve the issues with the piece of junk car my father in law purchased from Glasgow Car-Mart. The first payment was due on the 3rd of December and sometime in the night they come and repossessed the car. We didn't even have the chance to make the payment because my father in law was ill in the hospital. When we tried to let the dealership know yesterday we was coming in today to make the payment they hung up on us. Today when I took my father in law to get the car we requested to speak to the manager Brandi and she walks into her office and another employee followed behind her and we heard them discussing our situation and talking badly about us, and then they shut the door. Instead , we get re-routed to the finance managers office. She proceeds to tell us she was the one who had it repossessed and they have the right to do that if the first payment isn't made on the very day it is due. When we processed to tell her that the radio still had not been fixed and the car continues to have a bad vibration in the front when driving it she had the audacity to say we had not brought it in to have it fixed, which is funny because my husband was just in their dealership the week before to speak with them and once again Brandi, the manager walked in her office and refused to speak with him and no mention whatsoever of having the car fixed is mentioned. All that's said is the part for the radio will be in at the end of the week, just like we've heard every week since the day the car was bought . This time we was smart and video recorded the entire process, and without flaw, as soon as we ask to speak to Brandi she runs in her office and shuts the door. Now they say they have been watching the car on their GPS system and we have driven the car an additional 3,000 miles. Well yes, of course it's been driven because it's the only car my father in law has and he has doctors appointments every week he must go to. He didn't buy it to set in the drive way and just look at! It's more than obvious they have plenty of time to spy on their customers and make idol lies they can not hold up to. They then accuse my husband of being a liar saying when he called the previous day he stated he was driving the car, when he was at work and told them that I was driving the car. They watched us on their GPS routing system the entire day and then tried to put the blame back on us for driving the car? IIf they took their time and energy and re-directed it towards their customer service standards we would not be in the situation we are in right now. And go figure, they finally drive the car today and the axel is still bad on it!!!!!! So basically, we are still driving a car that is a death trap! DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE! They are liars, cheats and crooks!!!!'n
