Dr. Bouwens listened to what I had to say, offered me good advice, and was genuinely concerned for my well-being. I actually learned things instead of feeling like I was just giving him all the answers (which is what I've experienced multiple times elsewhere). For the first time in a very, very long time I felt like I was speaking to a doctor instead of a businessman with a medical degree. He is knowledgeable, polite, kind, and helpful. I highly recommend him to anyone!

For quite a while I was solely seeing PA's because you can get in with them basically the same day and they are just as good as any doctor. The front desk staff and nurses here seem to be a revolving door, but the PA's are a familiar face. Recently had a health concern mystery and feel like I was pretty brushed off. After months of symptoms, I was referred out by my Dr, and in contact with the office regarding results for one week. Then I fell off the map and even upon reaching out, still didn't hear back. Their facility is always very clean and nice. Dr O is very cheery and nice to work with. She can really give you the impression that she actually cares about you.
