An example of this is the fact that I asked for a LETTER, describing the treatment I had sought from her. The response I got was, "That will be $25 please. I agreed, and paid. The "Letter was NOT produced in a timely fashion, and when it did come, was ONE SENTENCE,.... and THAT was not even on letterhead! The above example is the basic approach I experienced,.....
