Straight trash company, they don't know what family means. They don't give a damn about your family. All they care about is money. These fools are trying to squeeze $.25 out of a penny. Straight scandalous man, they're pretty much like a gang just trying to get everybody's dollars and they don't care about nobody but their damn pockets. That's it, and that's all. Point blank. Worst experience ever. I put down $2000 on a $600 bond with good credit, a 720 credit score. They didn't tell me nothing about when my wife was getting out, how she was getting out. I called, called, called. I waited out in a car all night. They didn't give a shit about that man. They actually hung up on me after the fact. All they care about is money. If you want a a Kangaroo bullshit ass wanna be bell bondsmen that is fake in the funk trying to act like they care then by all means choose bell hotline but if you want somebody that's probably gonna take care of you and actually act like they care I would go through Gotham or Aladdin bell bonds because these dudes they're something else man straight trash. I'ma tell all my people to never ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever even if there's a fire do not go through Bell Hotline. They don't care if you come out of Out of pocket $2000 you're working making ends meet making ends meet taking money out of your child's mouth. They do not care. You're trying to bounce back after your loved one just got bailed out and they're already not even two weeks later and that wasn't even the deal with Homer. Homer said that it was gonna be a couple months before I had to make another payment. The reviews are fake. This is a real one. Where is the experience ever read more

I would definitely not recommend the Bail Hotline Bail bonds!! They operate in a legal gray area. They pretend to help you but really try to squeeze more money out of you. When the DA didn't file the case after several months, the court exonerated the bond. Then when the DA did file, Bail Hotline told me I need to pay the Premium of $12,500 again. When I explained I couldn't, their agent, Miranda, offered a "credit" and asked if I could pay $5000. When I still couldn't pay she suddenly dropped it to $2500. It felt like it was an extortion tactic. Even the lawyer said they are scammers and that they could repost the bond and it would cost them nothing! They prey on people when they're stressed and vulnerable- and that's just wrong! BEWARE!! read more

Amazing business! Good customer service would definitely recommend! Really helped me out when I was in a jam

I had an extremely frustrating experience with [Bail Bond Company Name]. I signed a contract online, expecting that a bail bond would be posted as agreed, but no bail was ever set and no services were provided. I repeatedly requested a copy of my signed contract, but they refused to give it to me, which is not only unprofessional but also a violation of California Insurance Code § 1803. Customer service was dismissive, unresponsive, and seemed more interested in keeping my money than actually helping me. I do not recommend this company -- dealing with them has been stressful, disappointing, and completely avoidable. read more

Bail Hotline, you have an amazing person, Stephanie Lezama helped me very much with being understanding and supportive to our family's situation, she was there for us and beyond. I understand why on your advertisement it says Keeping Families Together. Stephanie is bilingual, which was helpful to us and overall, the concern she displayed made us feel comfortable and trusting because she was very informative. Thank you, Bail Hotline, for having Stephanie on your team. read more

My family and I were in a real pickle with my brother being detained and stuck in a real tough and unfair situation. Thank God I came across Bail Hotline Bail Bonds who were all extremely supportive and flexible. I am particularly extremely grateful for the agent who was assigned to our case, Miranda, who went above and beyond to accommodate our requested service, providing both an outstanding quality of service and value. Thank you! read more

I would normally say Bail Hotline is very good value company though there's one rep that keeps calling and while I may add during the time I'm really busy so I'm not wanting to even communicate with the rep though I do so I don't ignore my obligations of payment . Well this rep is starting to intimidate me and I'm scared so if that rep could stop calling because your starting to scare me . read more

They work with you and they are very considerate during the hard time of having a love one in a hard situation. I can thank Adriana Valdez enough she was so understanding and provided excellent customer service. I'm so happy they helped me and were able to get my love one out within hours. I called them at 3am by 10am my love one was out and back at home. I also want to thank Robert Elias for making me feel secure during the process he made sure I was secure that I would not be charge more than we agreed on. This company is useless! They had me on the hook all day and when I paid and it was time to call the jail they said the bail was higher and they needed 800 more dollars. They are the used car salesman of bail. They asked for co-signer's fb even. And then claimed it was part of the "questionarre" ....they didn't ask me that question so miss me with all of that. They barely answer the phone. They always want to "call you back in 5 minutes" but they never do. And on top of that the e-sign program they use sucks. I'm looking for another company as we speak. I've wasted 2 days with these people. read more

Please stay away from this shady ass place! They will get you in the door and promise you low rates, cheaper prices but don't trust them! I found out they are borderline out of business and trying to get whatever they can while they're still around. Do your research! My bf missed one court date and they canceled his bond, wanted to charge us for it all over again, I heard other companies give you credit for stuff like this , these people are rats! Don't trust them! read more

I experienced a loved one getting incarcerated who already was out on bail. I didn't have much to work. Without providing assists I was able to put a lump sum down with a few adequate co-signers and luckily Miranda from Bail Hotline was able to work with us and get our loved one home! Without the efforts from Bail Hotline I don't think another bail bondsman could have helped us like they did! THANK YOU BAIL HOTLINE! read more

I want to say thank you to Jimmy David and Jonathan the main guy that I worked with was Jimmy and he was absolutely amazing. When I first spoke to him he broke everything down from start to finish any question that I had he was patient he wasn't rushing me he calmed me down. I had the most amazing experience with Bail hotline. God forbid I will ever have to do or need them again however if I do they will be the first people I call. (And only)My situation was a little unique as I needed help with someone out-of-state and there are very few people in the bay area or in California That can help out of state. they were on top of it they were fast they were efficient and most of all they were very reassuring and just overall helpful love this company! read more

Called the office around 3am and was helped out over the phone with such kindness by all the staff! We came into the Rancho location at 5am and everything was processed in less than 30 minutes. Continually called the office throughout the day because we had questions about the discharge time and Maureen reassured us it wouldn't be as long as the detention center was making it seem. Came back later in the day for check-in and she helped us out as well and answered any questions we had about the bail. Definitely recommend this place! Although I hope I will never have to deal with something like this again lol read more

Kimberly was EXTREMELY helpful && they're great with working with you ! BEST Bail Bonds place in the I.E

I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING THROUGH THEM AT ALL read more

They take low down payments and were kind to my family when they went to post my bail. At one court hearing the prosecution was attempting to get my bail raised, which meant I would have to get taken into custody and bailed out again. With one call to Bail Hotline they were getting prepared to get me out with no additional funds necessary at that moment. They are truly a class act. read more

well at first I thought they really where about there customer Stephanie really helped the process was very smooth. But know that we are a client I really wouldn't recommend this place if you seek for better seek this is not your place the financial employee are all a joke they all have a title as managers with no skills Jorge is rude asf!! I forgot the other clowns name given himself a title as a manager talking down on customers talking about your mad because your not getting your way!! Like WHAT they hire these ppl from jail right after they get out they hire you here .. that's what it seems like they have a bunch of uneducated employees that have no customers support skills or don't even know how to be a manger .. these is far the worse place they make you feel so low when they already know your going through some issues . And they make it worse by being disrespectful arguing with you acting like there managers because let me tell you everyone in the finance department as soon as you want to talk to manager or supervisor oh there the managers yelling over you . Ghetto place and the staff I believe are hired after they get released from jail!! read more
