Now I try to come in for treatment with Dr. Orlando Ly each time we visit Jackson. The focus is on the whole body, rather than the bandaid approach of today's medical approach. I've received treatment for a number of ailments, including overcoming insomnia, speedy recovery from sports and martial art injury, and eliminated a strep throat infection without antibiotics. Additionally, he has worked wonders with my sinus issues. The Ly family has a rich history in acupuncture and Chinese Medicine. Dr. Ly is a fourth generation family practitioner and his great-grandfather developed quite a reputation in the field. Jackson is lucky to have him.

I've probably had 40+ massages over the years, and I can honestly say this was the best massage I've ever had. I always book deep tissue massages, and Mike is incredibly skilled at this type of massage. He knew exactly what he was doing, worked out the tension, and made the entire experience outstanding. If you're looking for a great deep tissue massage, I highly recommend Mike! After my massage, I asked if they happened to have someone available for a haircut, and Jay was able to get me in. I believe he specializes in men's haircuts, and I think this may be the best haircut I've ever had as well. Jay did an incredible job and really took the time to get everything just right. I found out when I got to the office. Ronald Harmon was the rudest person I've ever seen in the medical field. I tried to change to someone else and they would not let me! He said he was gonna decrease my pain meds or cut them out completely if I didn't stop one certain medicine that I had been on for years!!! Cody never had a problem with it!! I tried 1 suggestion he recommended and he still cut my medicine. He also scheduled for me to have a 4 part procedure that I had already been through and did NOT work. He was so rude everything I had an appointment I would leave in tears! I talked with the office manager who was nice about everything but still there was no change. I scheduled myself to see another pain clinic for a second opinion (which everyone is entitled to). So when I canceled 2 or 3 part of procedure because my mother was having surgery and for my second opinion they discharged me!! They never notified me of that either!! I found out when I called to check time and the lady at first told me the clinic I had second appointment with canceled the appointment. I told her they had no right to do that because I was only going for a second opinion. She then backtracked and said that THEY CANCELED it because I was seeing another pain management clinic. I told her they can do that because everyone is entitled to a second opinion without remorse. Her response was, "oh, well". So I called back to speak with office manager who knew about everything and was nice about but said there was nothing he could do but I could contact the Vice President and speak with her and he gave me the number. Well needless to say I called and left several messages and its been almost a year and she still hasn't returned my call. NOT THAT IT MATTERS NOW!!!! They also billed my insurance company on 2 different occasions for something I never had done!! So my score would have been 0 but it wasn't an option!!! So I wouldn't go there if you can find another clinic that takes your insurance!! I try to warn anybody that ask to try to find somewhere else to go!!!!
