My wife really liked this place the first time she washed clothes here as the staff are friendly…read moreand the place is clean, then she met the owner Charlotte. Charlotte does not like my toddler pushing the laundry carts or walking around the facility for that matter. Charlotte has a rude attitude towards my wife and child and has no customer service whatsoever. Last time my wife asked her and the employees to put her clothes in the dryer for her, as that is a service they offer. Charlotte asked "You can't wait 25 minutes?" 1.) This is a SERVICE YOU OFFER 2.) Why would you ask that of a customer if the whole reason people use this facility is specifically for the purpose of dropping off their clothes and picking it up once it is done. 3.) You do not know our schedules, plans or reasons for using your services. So Charlotte decides to charge us $11 just for them to move our laundry from washer to dryer. No folding. Instead of the $3 she charged last time for the same service, and same amount of clothes. If you ask the employees how much their services cost they will tell you it depends on who you ask. No prices are posted anywhere. Terrible business practice

A bunch of the washers are always broken especially the big ones there was no quarter machine when…read moreI went in and the two people that were in the office didn't offer any quarters. They just watched me put my stuff in knowing that there was no quarters. previous owners really took care of everything a lot better. It's Really disappointing. Also I get that you need cameras in your facility to protect your company or whatever your machines but like can you turn off the light that's on them you go in there and it's just flashes of lights in your face the whole time you're in there because every one has like a spotlight on it in the middle of the daytime in a room that is already lit up. Cool it's clean, if that's the only thing that y'all aim for y'all should not be in the laundry business. You should aim to have your machines working your quarter machine working your employees helping customers.

This employee made the place very ghetto and uncomfortable now. Last week a washer didn't work and…read moreI let him know ( white older man, bald with glasses and tattooed up his neck) and he put the out of order sticker and gave me a refund. This week same machine (out of order sticker was removed) machine still did not work. Told him again and he thinks it is because the load is full. I showed him the load it's only 25% full. Then he attacks by talking back to me, the customer: oh, so you fix laundry machines?" "Because I had someone come in and fix and it was working". I explained again it is not working again. And he said "I'm not going to argue with you it's because it's too full!" So the way the spoke to me is not the way you speak to a customer. Maybe he has always worked in minimum wage jobs and never at a professional setting but it is common sense still to not talk back to a person and dismiss the issue....I finished there but he never put the out of order sticker back on the washer. This is the only laundromat in brady, which is hard for travelers like me. We are on a 13 week travel assignment here in the small town of brady to help this demographic but if there was another laundromat I would go to that one for better customer service. Even the rest of the rest of the customers here I can see are out of town workers , you can tell they are not locals. Brady is a small town of 5,000 population before san angelo and san antonio. So an employee like that, watch out who serves (type of customers) go to that business to wash their clothes.
