They have recently they have also been selling tutus and other bright neon accessories. I have found it to be one of the cheapest places selling the tutus. I find it really easy to find what you're looking for in there as the shop is well laid out. I have to admit not all the bags are to my taste but I have seen a few I like in there.

My local branch of Primark in Manchester has in a way put me off the brand alltogether, being such a big store filled with huge queues and just smelling and feeling cheap, and sweaty, but this store feels nicer than that, and is still a decent size and still follows a typical layout which one would expect from a Primark, a large clothing company based in Ireland. They did stock a decent range of stuff here especiallmY y in the mens department on the -1 Floor, and there are multiple other floors as well, as far as I'm aware there are 4 floors, with kids clothing on the top and the ground floor having an enterence onto Queens Street and also into the St David's mall. The staff also seemed quite friendly, at the till and also in the store, trying to get the lifts moving as quick as possible. The signal throughout the floor can be a little poor, but for a large store with a basement, this has to be expected especially with my poor signal from O2. My server also didn't mind me paying with lose change, and it did seem quiet enough, as in short queues to do that and even made jokes about it. Overall, this is a decent branch of Primark, a typical Primark in a way and deserves a solid three stars.

This Topshop has been around for a few years now (replacing it's dreadful poxy small predecessor), and I just can't even begin to describe how much I love it. What's great about this Topshop is it's size, whilst I love the flagship store on Oxford Street, it's so big it's often impossible to navigate, let alone finding something in particular, plus it's always packed. The Cardiff store is big, it goes back very far and covers three floors, but is nothing in comparison to its London counterpart. There is big selection of clothes, and the turnover is quite phenomenal, everytime I go in there I always see something new (which is very bad for my bank balance). If you're a fan of Kate Moss they always have her new ranges in straight away, the same also goes for the boutique and ranges from designers such as Christopher Kane. I often find that changing rooms can really let stores down, this Topshop however, has them aplenty, and not once have I had to queue to try clothes on (which makes a nice change). If I have one small complaint it is that the jewelry and accessories selection is minimum to say the least, however as the clothes are simply super, I don't really care.

Apparently this is an instant way to make you feel fat and unfashionable (she's hot and size 10 so there's no reason she should feel that). She said it was impossible I had been told that the item could be returned (but she did say) and when I insisted she agressively stated yelling "I am the manager". She calmed down after I told her it was ok, it must have been a miscommunication and probably she didn't mean to say this item could be returned. I think I shouldn't have to calm down the manager of a store, ask her not to tell at me and to take a deep breath. Simply astonishing that they have such ill-prepared people managing customer service. Overall worst experience ever, never going there again!

This whole shop is dedicated to Ollie & Nic products and while it may not be so cheap as TK Maxx, it does offer a much more comprehensive range of their purses, wallets, wash bags, hand bags and other accessories. They do lots of leather goods such as coloured leather messenger-style handbags, old-skool satchels, big oversized shoulder bags, and vintage totes. Their purses are available in a similar range of leathers, and they also do some patterned material products such as their cosmetic bags. All their stuff is of a very high quality and lasts for ages, so while the price tag is quite high you're getting what you pay for.

There are traditional and modern designs - and all are classic and of excellent quality. They stock the Tula Brand, and also makes such as Radley. There are also umbrellas, keyrings and other bits on sale. The layout and merchandising of the shop makes for a very pleasant shopping experience, and staff are friendly and helpful. The discounts available in this outlet store are good, and the stock never seems inappropriate for the season - despite the fact that past season goods are on sale.
